phoning-it-in: What's your favorite end-of-album song?
I’m gonna go with “The Rumor” off of The Band’s 1970 album, Stage Fright; a kinda-sorta concept record about the realities of being in a traveling band. Just the perfect sunset of a song, and the way it ends with that final note just hanging there — because the tour never really ends — is perfect.
